Petio Refund and Returns Policy
Petio accepts return/refund requests within 30 days of purchase for eligible pet products.
Eligible cases
- Damaged or defective products.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Late delivery where the order is no longer needed.
- Unopened products returned in resellable condition.
Workflow
- Customer submits the refund request form.
- The system checks order ID, email, amount and 30-day window.
- Staff reviews pending requests in the WordPress dashboard.
- Approved cases are processed through the original payment method or store credit.
