Petio Refund and Returns Policy

Petio accepts return/refund requests within 30 days of purchase for eligible pet products.

Eligible cases

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Late delivery where the order is no longer needed.
  • Unopened products returned in resellable condition.

Workflow

  1. Customer submits the refund request form.
  2. The system checks order ID, email, amount and 30-day window.
  3. Staff reviews pending requests in the WordPress dashboard.
  4. Approved cases are processed through the original payment method or store credit.
